Lewiston Teen Gets Probation for Sexual Assaults

Lewiston, NY (WBEN) A now 18 year old from Lewiston has been sentenced to interim probation after admitting to sexually assaulting four teens in a house party police say was fueled by alcohol supplied by the suspect's parents.

State Police say the teen's mother, Tricia Vacanti, 47, and her husband, Gary Sullo, 53, were accused of supplying alcohol to minors on at least six occasions, dating back a year and a half.

The teen has some stiff terms during this probation, including staying in Niagara County, either be employed or a full-time student, he must live with parents, abide by an order of protection by victims, he can't have contact with anyone under 18, can't use internet without probation permission, cannot go on overnight trips, visit ares where minors are present unless probation allows, and is subject to random polygraph and drug testing.

The teen last month pleaded guilty to two counts of second-degree sex abuse, third-degree attempted abuse and third-degree rape.

If the teen follows all the requirements, he could get youthful offender status.
