Leroy, NY (WBEN) Genesee County Sheriff's Deputies say a four year old child reported missing Wednesday morning was found in a swimming pool.
Deputies received the call just before 8am of a four year old missing from a home. The child was found in a swimming pool at a nearby yard 40 minutes later.
The child was rushed to United Memorial Medical center where the boy died.
Deputies say this appears to be an accidental drowning.
