NIAGARA COUNTY, N.Y. (WBEN) - Coronavirus has killed another four people in Niagara County in the last 24 hours, bringing the total number of people who have died to 38.
Three women, ages 62, 91, and 94, plus a 61-year-old man were the latest victims according to teh county. All four had an underlying health condition.
All told, there are 619 positive cases so far in Niagara County, including 49 in the last day. There are 296 people who have recovered from the disease.
Nineteen people remain in the hospital.
The 49 new cases of coronavirus were a new single-day high. The previous high was 41 new cases, which was announced on Tuesday.
