BUFFALO, N.Y. (WBEN) - City crews on Wednesday are replacing the parking signs downtown after the Buffalo Common Council last month approved various changes to parking rates.
Downtown rates in several areas downtown have doubled from $1 per hour including much of Chippewa Street, Delaware Avenue, Pearl Street, and areas around Canalside such as Perry Street, Seneca Street.
