Albany, N.Y. (WBEN) - Claiming the hundreds of thousands of voters in the NY27 Congressional district are being denied representation, New York State Republican Party Chairman Nick Langworthy and two voters are suing Governor Andrew Cuomo and the New York State Board of Elections for delays in calling for a special election for the seat.
