NIAGARA FALLS (WBEN) - A Rochester homicide suspect was reportedly shot in the shoulder when officers of a US Marshal Task Force located the suspect on Falls Street shortly after 9 p.m. Friday.
Officers attempted to take the suspect into custody, but the suspect fled and engaged in a physical struggle. During the struggle, the suspect was shot once in the shoulder and was then transported to ECMC for non-life-threatening injuries.
The investigation into the incident is ongoing.
