BUFFALO, N.Y. (WBEN) - An Erie County Sheriff's Deputy has been suspended without pay from his job after he was accused of promoting prostitution
Wallace Waliczek was suspended from the department earlier this month according to a report from Channel 7. His wife, Melissa, was arrested on prostitution charges in August.
The Erie County Sheriff's Department is investigating. Wallace Waliczek will appear in court next week.
