Buffalo, NY (WBEN) An Erie County Sheriff's deputy was arraigned before Lancaster Town Court Justice Anthony Cervi on one count of Promotion Prostitution in the Fourth Degree, a Class “A” misdemeanor.
52 year old Wallace Waliczek of Lancaster is accused of promoting prostitution after an investigation into his wife’s alleged actions revealed additional evidence pointing to his involvement.
His wife, Melissa Waliczek, was arrested on August 16, 2019 at a parking lot on Transit Road near William Street in the Town of Lancaster. Prosecutors say an undercover police officer answered an online advertisement for sex and arranged the meeting with Wallace Waliczek at the parking lot.
If convicted on the charge, he faces a maximum of 1 year in jail.
