Buffalo, NY (WBEN) - Now that the Bills have officially clinched a playoff berth, are you thinking about traveling to their wild card game?
The exact time and location of the Bills' first playoff game won't be known for two weeks, but we do know that a game on Wild Card Weekend would be on January 4th or 5th, and that as of right now, it's very likely that Houston would be the Bills' opponent.
"Booking in advance gives you the flexibility for availablity and a lower price," says Carey. But if plans change, most of these airlines will not let you change wihout a penalty you have to pay. Certain airlines would allow you to cancel, but the fare would be used toward another flight with that airline.
Carey says phones started ringing after the Bills clinched, same for Chuck Teal at Teal Travel who was in Pittsburgh with a group when the Bills won and qualified for the playoffs.
"The front end of this trip will be people leaving on January 3rd. The problem is this is on the tail end of the holiday travel season, so you have people coming back from Christmas and New Year's. As far as coming back that Monday, that looks pretty good," said Teal.
