Buffalo, NY (WBEN) Last week, the Assembly voted to raise the minimum age of buying tobacco to 21 in New York, One local state senator thinks it's only a matter of time before it happens in the State Senate.
"I do think we'll see a vote on it this session, and I think it's more likely than not it will pass," says State Senator Patrick Gallivan. But Gallivan is opposed to that bill, at least by itself.
