BUFFALO, N.Y. (WBEN) - Buffalo Police arrested a man after an armed robbery at a Tim Horton's on Bailey Avenue.
Police said they arrested Matthew Dillon, 22, and charged him with robbery, menacing, harassment, and criminal possession of a weapon. They said he entered the restaurant at 10 p.m. Tuesday through the back door with a gun, grabbed a female employee, and dragged her into the manager's office and told her to stay on the floor. A second female employee was also told to get on the ground. Dillon then allegedly stole money from a table and put it in his book bag. He also is accused of ordering one of the employees to open a safe, where he took the money and ran away.
