Tonawanda, NY (WBEN) It's back to business at the GM Powertrain plant in Tonawanda shortly after a strike came to an end against the automaker. Now a local connection will be put on every engine of the new Corvette.
He says the workers take pride in all the work they do, not just the Corvette. "We work to make the best product, but to see our name on the engine, it's a great feeling to know you're a part of something you make and we pride in making engines, and this time, it goes a long way and we can always remember and see our name on the engine and know we were a part of the process," says Baker.
