BUFFALO, N.Y. (WBEN) – Tops Markets is helping out senior citizens by giving them exclusive shopping in the wake of the coronavirus pandemic.

Beginning Thursday and until further notice, Tops will open its doors at 6 a.m. for anyone above the age of 60 and allow them to shop until 7:30 a.m. before they open the doors to everyone else. The company will have this policy each Tuesday and Thursday.

Tops said they will not ask for identification and trust the community to not abuse the privilege.

They also encourage curbside and pickup delivery.
