RANDOLPH, N.Y. (WBEN) - Police in Randolph arrested two people after a DWI accident.

State Police said they responded to Pete's Place on Friday after a truck crashed into the restaurant and injured one of the customers there. The truck was driven by 37-year-old Debra Ralph who's from Nova Scotia. Ralph, 37, was charged with Aggravated DWI by police after he failed multiple sobriety tests and blew a .22 in a breathalyzer.

At the scene, police also said 32-year-old Geoffrey Blew was arrested by the Cattaraugus County Sheriff's Office for causing a disturbance at the scene. He allegedly used obscene language and urinated in the parking lot. Blew was charged with resisting arrest and disorderly conduct.

Ralph will appear in court next month after he was arraigned. Blew was remanded to Cattaraugus County Jail.
