"I take witness intimidation very seriously," Flynn said. "I am going to prosecute anyone who intimidates any witness in any of my trials. Just because this was a murder trial doesn't mean I'm going to only to prosecute witnesses at murder trials."
Flynn said he requested two Buffalo Police detectives pick up the victim in Richmond after witnesses apparently knew he was taken to Virginia. He was found and was still willing to testify. The victim was given services for safety.
