AMHERST, N.Y. (WBEN) - Two people were injured in an overnight crash in Amherst.
According to Amherst Police, 25-year-old Travante Johnson of Buffalo and 21-year-old Danay Hardy of Buffalo suffered non-life threatening injuries after Johnson crashed the car into a tree and light pole on Windermere Boulevard shortly before 12:30 a.m. Friday.
Johnson was issued two traffic tickets for speeding and not wearing a seatbelt. Hardy was issued a ticket for unlawful possession of marijuana.
