Buffalo, NY (WBEN) A Grand Island woman who admitted to violently shaking her boyfriend's toddler, causing her death, has been sentenced to ten years in prison.
On September 10, 2018, 27-year-old Brianna Valenti called 911 to report that her boyfriend's child, 2-year-old Raelynn Fuller, was unresponsive. The toddler was taken by ambulance to Oishei Children's Hospital. Fuller remained in the intensive care unit until she was taken off life support on September 22, 2018.
Flynn says Valenti also tried to throw her boyfriend under the bus. "She claimed the baby's father was abusive to her. There's no evidence of that at all. The father of the child was at work for ten hours at the time of the incident, and wasn't even home," says Flynn who feels Valenti showed no remorse.
