Buffalo, NY (WBEN) It's been six months since Governor Cuomo signed the law banning cat declawing procedures in New York. A couple of area veterinarians say the law hasn't had much effect on what they do.
The SPCA serving Erie County says it's too soon to see if the law has an effect on adoptions or surrenders. That will likely be known this coming summer.
