Erie County Clerk Mickey Kearns is providing what he's called "curbside service" for Erie County residents performing frontline and essential work against the coronavirus.  Individuals can make an online request to register their vehicles or transfer license plates through the County Clerk's website to make sure they have transportation to work.  Those who believe they qualify will need to complete an online request form at www.erie.gov/clerk/EmergencyOps to begin the process.

Earlier this week, the ECIDA naming John Cappellino as its new president and CEO.  He succeeds Steve Weathers, who has taken a similar job in Greenville, North Carolina.


The local Taco Bell and KFC franchisee has shown its support and appreciation for the job done by healthcare workers and first responders.  More than 2,000 meals have been donated to those employees in Erie and Niagara Counties.

Big Four Northeast Cleaners, based in Tonawanda, has handmade facemasks available for sale.  The company is also donating one mask for every ten they sell to St Luke's Mission in Buffalo.
