The Anchor Bar has 15 franchised locations. Business First notes the latest addition is coming to Orange County California later this year, or by early 2020. Specifically, the restaurant will be situated near the Honda Center and Angel Stadium. Also in the works - an Anchor Bar for Atlanta.
Gold Wynn Lafayette LLC, an affiliate of Gold Wynn Residential, has purchased the Gates Manor Apartments for a reported $2.225 million. According to Business First, the three-story building is at 870 Lafayette Avenue - not far from Gates Circle.
A grand opening celebration for The Chandler - a provision and beer store - will be held this afternoon at 330pm. The Chandler is at Big Six Marina, 3219 Whitehaven Road on Grand Island. As part of an agreement with New York State Parks, all concessions operations at State Parks on Grand Island are run by Montana International, LLC for the next twenty years.
