The former Immaculata Academy in Hamburg is ready to be turned into a residential-anchored development. Business First reports developer Anthony Cutaia has received tax breaks from the Town of Hamburg IDA to advance the $26.7 million project. The school site will be developed into 152 apartments - spread over 19 two-story buildings. Work will begin later this month, with a late 2020 opening planned.
