Local gas prices have eased a bit. The AAA reporting that the current average cost for a gallon of unleaded in WNY has dropped two cents from last week to $2.83. The statewide average of $2.87 has also come down two cents in the past week.
Buffalo-based startup company Circuit Clinical has been accepted into one of the top biotech incubators in the U-S. Business First reports Circuit Clinical is a member of JLABS @ NYC - based in Manhattan. About 500 companies have been admitted to the JLABS program in the past seven years, and those companies have gone on to raise more than $11 billion in venture capital.
A building permit has been secured by Riverside Federal Credit Union so it can move a $1.3 million project in Kenmore forward. According to Business First, Riverside Federal Credit Union is renovating a former First Niagara Bank N.A. branch at 2853 Delaware Avenue.
