Finishing Up Graham Corp. Renovations

According to Business First, Sinatra Apartment Group LLC has sold two Niagara County apartments to local investment group, Concord Huth L.P.  The purchase price was reportedly $3 million.  The apartments are at 560 South Transit Road and 6367 Robinson Road - both in Lockport.  

Batavia's Graham Corporation is close to finishing up its renovation project.  The company is converting its current warehouse space into office and lab space and has constructed additional warehouse and manufacturing space, which will allow the company to double the size of its welding training program.  As a result of the expansion, the company plans to create up to 10 new jobs - with 291 jobs being retained.


Business First is reporting that Mark Morelli is leaving as president and CEO of Columbus McKinnon to take a job with a Washington state based company.  Columbus McKinnon chairman of the board Richard Fleming has been named interim CEO.

For an unprecedented second year in row, the Erie County Fair was recognized internationally with the "Best Overall Marketing Campaign" award during the annual convention of International Association of Fairs and Expositions.  The Erie County Fair partnered with Buffalo's Wynne Creative Group to develop the 2019 campaign.
