The Niagara County Industrial Development Agency approved three projects requesting tax breaks at its recent meeting.  Canadian investors Penn Terra Group Limited will get $1.1 million in tax breaks and incentives that will help finance their $5.6 million plan to renovate the Cannon Block buildings along Main and Third Streets in Niagara Falls.  Business First also notes Niagara Falls hotelier and businessman Nidal Patel will receive tax breaks on his EconoLodge project at 200 Rainbow Boulevard and his plan to redevelop the Niagara Club into a restaurant and banquet facility.  The NCIDA also accepting an application from Ramesh Patel's Omkara Hotel LLC for a proposed four-story, 77 room Holiday Inn Express on a vacant parcel at 6900 Transit Road - just north of Tonawanda Creek Road.
