The Taste of Buffalo making some tweaks for this year's festival - each ticket will be valued at $1, as opposed to fifty cents.  The list of participating restaurantshas been posted.  You can look them up at this link.     

KeyBank Real Estate Capital has originated a multi-million dollar agreement in Freddie Mac financing for a senior housing property in Western New York.  A $45.8 million first mortgage loan was secured by Orchard Heights in Orchard Park.

The Buffalo Building Owners & Managers Association has announced that Ciminelli Real Estate Corporation and Seavest Core Buffalo Conventus have been awarded Outstanding Building of the Year Award for the Middle Atlantic Conference in the medical office category.  The award was given in recognition of Ciminelli’s excellence in the facilities management of Conventus, located at 1001 Main Street in Buffalo.
