Craft beer lovers in the region are going to get a taste of some of the world's best brews. According to Business First, Shelton Brothers Inc., one of the largest importers and distributors of craft beers, will be bringing its annual fall festival to Buffalo on October 4th and 5th. Still to be determined is the host site - that's been whittled down to the Central Terminal or a soon-to-open craft brewery at 41 Chandler Street. The final decision is expected in the next few weeks.
The Aldi's store at 2090 Elmwood Avenue has filed for an expansion plan with the Buffalo Zoning Board of Appeals. That request will be reviewed at the April 17th meeting.
Rachel's Mediterranean Grill has opened its sixth location. The new restaurant is at 5493 Sheridan Drive in Williamsville - next to Black & Blue Restaurant. Rachel's new location will feature a full service takeout area as well as the launch of their new kids menu.
Tops Friendly Markets has promoted Cindi Mellott to the position of manager for the Sanborn store.
