A proposed $25 million, residential-anchored development for 245 Louisiana Street will go before the Buffalo Planning Board on May 6th.  Business First reports architect Karl Frizlen and development partner Jason Yots will present a plan calling for 90 market apartments to anchor the development - with some commercial space and room for indoor parking.

BankOnBuffalo holds a groundbreaking for its first branch in the City of Niagara Falls this afternoon at 1pm.  The branch is at 7121 Niagara Falls Boulevard.  


Students currently in 5th and 6th grades can explore their interests in STEM career fields this summer at Canisius High School.  Canisius is offering week-long workshops in Video Game Design & Animation, Robotics, and a workshop that delves into sports statistics and probability.  Students can sign up on the Canisius website; www.canisiushigh.org
