The owners of Chef's Restaurant confirm that there will be a second location opening in the Williamsville Place Plaza near International Drive sometime in 2019. There will be a drive-thru for the new location. The current restaurant will remain at 291 Seneca St., in downtown Buffalo.
A ribbon-cutting and grand opening was held for the new Gigi's Restaurant yesterday. Gigi's is a tenant of the Northland Workforce Training Center at 683 Northland Avenue.
In other foodie news: Business First reports Fresh Catch Poke, one of the Lymstone Loft anchor tenants in Williamsville, is angling to open in the 500 Pearl complex downtown. Also, Marble + Rye, already located in downtown's Genesee Gateway, plans to open its second location in the 40-50 Fountain Plaza twin towers complex. It would fill the space once occupied by the Molly's on Main Street deli location. MJ Peterson is well represented on the board of the WNY Chapter of the New York Association of Commercial REALTORS. Ronald Tronolone was appointed as President of the group. He's joined on the board by MJ Peterson associates Joseph J. Jacobi Jr. and Amanda Hirsch. Also, MJ Peterson's Brendan Cunningham was named President-elect of the Buffalo Niagara Association of Realtors for 2019. The BNAR named Isabel Robitaille, Executive Vice President of MJ Peterson-Robitaille Relocation, REALTOR® of the Year. Michael Olear was named REALTOR®-Associate of the Year.
