Regal Cinemas announcing a significant, multi-center investment to renovate multiple theatres across the Pyramid Management Group portfolio. The expansive renovations cover the Walden Galleria, as well as properties in Syracuse and Albany.  The renovations at the Galleria include adding the 4DX Cinema Experience.  That brings special effects including motion-synchronized seats, wind, fog, rain, lightning, snow, bubble, vibration and scents.

Iskalo Development Co. has paid over $3 million for adjoining properties on Transit Road just north of the Thruway.  Through its Iskalo 6700 Transit LLC affiliate, Business First reports it bought the former Clarion Hotel and Jerry Gradl Motors sites.  Several development plans are under consideration; all involve demolition of the current structures on those sites.


After fifteen years at the Larkin at Exchange Building, Insyte Consulting is moving its offices to the newly renovated Workforce Training Center at Northland Avenue.  Insyte's move will be official as of this Friday.

Tops Friendly Markets has named Kelly Quigley as General Manager of its Grocery Distribution Center.
