M&T Bank and Douglas Development have officially resumed construction at Seneca One. Among the work continuing is M&T's Tech Hub space on the first ten floors. That is expected to be occupied by the third quarter. Seneca One is also going to have an updated facade. Work is also continuing on the building's Plaza and Pearl Street levels, as well as the residential portion of the project.
