Tzetzo Cos LLC has officially purchased St. Mary of the Angels Motherhouse property in Williamsville through an affiliate. Business First reports the purchase price was just under $6.1 million. Tzetzo will be investing $13.1 million to renovate the motherhouse into Fredonia Place of Williamsville, a 99-unit assisted living and memory care development.
