It's not quite a Marvel team-up, but developer Nick Sinatra has brought on some powerful help in his quest to make over the Boulevard Mall.  Business First reports Douglas Jemal - the Washington developer who is in the midst of a $120 million re-do of the Seneca One Tower, and RMS Investment Group of Cleveland -  the original developer of the mall in 1962 - have joined forces. Sinatra is expected to close on the real estate transaction next month.  Specifics are still being worked out, but the plan is for a mixed-use redevelopment of the shopping center.   

Derby Day was huge for Western Regional Off-Track Betting.  WROTBC reported a record - with over $2 million, 39,000 dollars wagered on the Kentucky Derby through their outlets including BataviaBets.com, OTB Branches and EZ Bet Locations.


Aviate Audio is preparing to launch the company's revolutionary Airpatch device, the first wireless effects loop switch for guitars.  The product will officially launch at the 2019 Summer NAAM trade show, which will be held July 18th-20th in Nashville, Tennessee.
