A joint venture led by Sinatra & Company Real Estate has acquired a 740-unit apartment community in South Bend, IN for $56 million. The property comprises 32 two-story apartment buildings, a 25,000-square-foot freestanding amenity center/clubhouse and an 11,000-square-foot freestanding maintenance facility.
Construction on a new 2,685-square-foot post office on Washington Street will begin this summer. Business First reporting the Uniland Development project getting the green light from the Buffalo Zoning Board of Appeals and Planning Board. The new post office will be less than 200 feet north from the current facility that faces on Ellicott Street.

Kaleida launching the first two new components of the system, nursing and provider documentation.
