The Genesee County Economic Development Center board of directors will consider accepting an application for assistance for the proposed $22.5 million Ellicott Station project in the city of Batavia at its meeting tomorrow.  Savarino Companies is the project developer.  The project proposes a 5-story apartment building with 55 new modern workforce housing units, along with a brewery, restaurant/beer garden.  If accepted, a public hearing would be held regarding the $3.6 million in economic incentives being sought.

LMR Real Property Holdings LLC, an affiliate of a Williamsville investor, is seeking to renovate a former Catholic Charities diversion center in Niagara Falls.  According to Business First, the 644 Park Place building would be converted into five apartments.  The Niagara County Industrial Development Agency will consider that project at its meeting today.
