The LaSalle Park conversion getting a boost from the Buffalo Urban Development Corp. yesterday.  The BUDC allocating $3.9 million to the Ralph C. Wilson Jr. Foundation.  Business First noting the allocation would cover costs related to a schematic design, design development and site development that will help turn LaSalle Park into Ralph C. Wilson Jr. Centennial Park.  

The Bristol Village assisted living facility on Clarence Center Road in Clarence is planning to add 32 new units as part of a $7.5 million expansion.  According to Business First, the project could break ground in late summer - pending local and state approvals.


West Herr Chrysler Jeep and West Herr Dodge Ram, both located on Southwestern Boulevard in Orchard Park, have been awarded the Customer First Award for Excellence by Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, North America.  Customer First Dealers are those that achieve the very highest level of customer experience and customer loyalty in the entire country, as determined by Chrysler and certified by JD Power.

The Intensive Care Unit at Kenmore Mercy Hospital has earned the 2019 Silver Beacon Award for Excellence.  It's presented by the American Association of Critical-Care Nurses to recognize the nation's highest performing hospital ICUs.  This is its third consecutive award.
