Architect Karl Frizlen and attorney Jason Yots are set to begin construction on a $30 million residential-anchored project in the city's First Ward. According to Business First, the pair are into on re-purposing the former Baracolo & Boil Manufacturing Co. factory at 175 Louisiana Street. The five-story, 160,000-square-foot building will be anchored by 119 apartments. They still need to close on the deal. That's expected to happen in the next few weeks.
