Buffalo, N.Y. (WBEN) - Did you see all those "open" signs light up this morning as Western New York was cleared to enter phase two of reopening from a coronavirus quarantine closure?
New York Governor Andrew Cuomo made it official during his daily update Tuesday, saying, "Buffalo enters phase two today, western New York."
Shortly after, Lieutenant Governor Kathy Hochul, who leads the regional group charged with the reopening phases, followed suit
