Brian Seltzer
Brian Seltzer came to KYW Newsradio as an original podcast producer in the summer of 2021, joining a station he's listened to and respected his entire life.
Brian arrived at KYW original podcasts from the Philadelphia 76ers, where he was the team's digital reporter since 2015. In this role, he did a little bit of everything — writing, video reports, and hosting pre and post-game shows on the radio. The project most near and dear to his heart, however, was helping launch and manage the 76ers Podcast Network, which, at the time he left, ranked among the top 10% of American sports podcasts.
A Cheltenham native and Penn grad, Brian provided play-by-play for the school’s football and basketball games for nearly a decade. He’s also spent time at 1490 WBCB AM, Westwood One, 880 WCBS AM, 97.5 The Fanatic, and the Reading Phillies.
From interning at a community radio station to calling sporting events, audio content creation has always been at the heart of Brian Seltzer’s career.
