Nataly Tavidian

Nataly Tavidian

Nataly Tavidian is a proud Los Angeles native, passionate about telling stories that matter in the city she calls home. Raised in Pasadena, she has reported across California and beyond, bringing a well-rounded, compassionate perspective to every story she covers.

Nataly has covered a wide range of stories—from heartbreaking, life-changing natural disasters to high-energy red carpet events and deeply personal human interest pieces. No matter the assignment, her strength lies in her ability to connect with people allowing her to tell authentic stories that resonate with listeners.

She reports for KNX News (CBS Radio) in Los Angeles. Prior to that, she served as a general assignment reporter, multimedia journalist, and fill-in anchor for KEYT-KCOY-KKFX-TV, covering Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo counties. She also reported and anchored for KHGI-TV in Central Nebraska and worked as a multimedia journalist covering the City of Pasadena for Crown City News—writing, producing, editing, and reporting her own stories.

Nataly began her broadcast journalism career as an intern at KABC-TV in Los Angeles. She also wrote and interned for Capital Public Radio and KPCC’s Sacramento bureau.

Her passion for journalism was sparked at age 12 while watching the news with her parents. She was drawn not just to current events, but to the deeper meaning behind stories and the lives affected by them.

When she’s not on assignment, Nataly enjoys exploring LA, teaching or taking yoga dance and aerobics classes, spending time in nature, camping, traveling, meditating, and practicing presence. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications (Mass Media and Cultural Studies) and Political Science, and is fluent in Armenian.
