Gridlock Buffalo: Emotions and vehicles fill Niagara Square

Buffalo, N.Y. (WBEN) - At a time when traffic has been sparce in downtown Buffalo during the coronavirus quarantine, Niagara Square was filled with vehicles during the noon hour Monday as demonstrators voiced, and honked, their displeasure with the NY Pause order closing thousands of businesses across new York State.
