Orchard Park, NY (WBEN) The Buffalo Bills survived a scary first half Sunday and treated their fans to a Halloween win over the Miami Dolphins 26-11 at HighMark Stadium.
The Bills came off of their bye week looking to get back on track following a heartbreaking loss to Tennessee two weeks ago but it appeared the Dolphins had other plans has they kept the Bills offense in check during the first half limiting the Bills to just five first downs and three points during the first 30 minutes of play.
The Bills and quarterback, Josh Allen got things going after the break as the MVP candidate got wide receiver, Cole involved early and often in the second half. Beasley finished the day with 10 catches for 110 yards.
As Beasley got things rolling, Allen gained more confidence and tossed a pair of touchdown passes, one to Gabriel Davis and the other to Stefon Diggs.
Allen also ran in a score late in the game as he again led the team in rushing with 55 yards on eight carries. Allen finished the day with 249 yards passing.
The Bills gained another divisional win and improved to 5-2 with a trip to Jacksonville scheduled next week.
