Bills agree to terms with Pete Carmichael Jr. to be new offensive coordinator

Joe Brady begins to put together his offensive staff following the hiring of Pat Meyer

Orchard Park, N.Y. (WGR Sports Radio 550/WBEN) - Joe Brady is officially the head coach of the Buffalo Bills as he addressed the media yesterday for his introductory press conference. He began putting his staff together soon after, hiring Pat Meyer, formally of the Steelers, to be the offensive line coach.

One day later, our own Sal Capaccio reported that Brady made his first big hire, bringing in Pete Carmichael Jr. as offensive coordinator.

Carmichael brings a plethora of experience into the role, as he spent the last two seasons as a senior offensive assistant in Denver with Sean Payton and was also Payton's offensive coordinator in New Orleans from 2009-23 in which one season they earned a Super Bowl win.
