BUFFALO (WBEN) - As the Bills get ready for a major Sunday Night Football tilt against the 11-1 Pittsburgh Steelers, the success the team has generated to this point in the season has apparently been helpful for Buffalo sports and memorabilia retailers.

"It's been great for us," said Chris Bandura, director of player relations at Dave & Adams. "Obviously with the pandemic, sales all across the board for a lot of businesses have been kind of down, but we've been very fortunate in what we sell and what we do. The sales of Bills memorabilia, specifically, has been very steady all season long, but it's really grown over the last month and few weeks."

Josh Allen currently ranks number-10 in jersey sales across the entire NFL, no doubt helped by three AFC Offensive Player of the week performances and the Bills' 9-3 record.

"The Josh Allen stuff has gone crazy for us," said Bandura.

Of course, Allen isn't the only player on the team, and Bandura pointed to a pair of the quarterback's helpers who are seeing a lot of their merchandise move.

"Stefon Diggs stuff has been very, very popular since he (was traded), and the day we started getting stuff in, his memorabilia sales have been extremely strong," he said. "Cole Beasley has been good all year, and definitely over the last few weeks."

Perhaps with even more national attention over the next month, and perhaps a few more Bills victories, some of the merchandise sales will grow even higher.

"I almost feel like the pandemic has almost brought some fans closer to following the team ans showing their passion maybe a little bit more because there's not as much going on for people right now."
