BUFFALO (WBEN) - The body of an 18-year-old male was discovered in the basement of a home on Lower East Lane Wednesday afternoon, and Buffalo police have ruled the death a homicide.
Police responded to a call Wednesday afternoon just before 3:20.
Erie County medical examiners will perform an autopsy to determine the cause of death.
