Amazon has completed its purchase of land in Niagara Falls as the company plans to bring a new distribution center to Niagara County. The purchase includes 216 acres of land located at 8995 Lockport Road. The new distribution center will bring around 1,000 new jobs to Niagara Falls.

Buffalo Academy of the Sacred Heart has purchased a site at 3826 Main St. in Amherst from People Inc. per Buffalo Business First. The school says acquiring the site is necessary for future growth.
