Amazon.com has designs on building a new regional last-mile delivery station distribution center in Hamburg. The $47.2 million would create a 181,500-square-foot structure within the Lake Erie Commerce Center. This facility would be similar to one now open in Tonawanda's Riverview Solar Park. Hamburg's IDA will hold a public hearing January 22nd to discuss the project and possible tax breaks.
