The Amherst Central School District will hold a substitute recruitment fair on August 3rd from 9am-1pm at Amherst Central High School. Positions that are aiming to be filled include certified and non-certified teachers, food service, teaching assistants and aides as well as nurses. Interested candidates must apply online by July 28th.
Transitowne Automotive Group has donated over $14,000 to the Response To Love Center, in an effort to raise awareness for services the Center provides, such as programs to assist the poor. The money was raised through Transitowne's annual golf tournament held at Terry Hills Golf Course.
