After a nearly year long process, Ciminelli Real Estate Corp. has received approval from the state Attorney General's office to start converting its Bethune Lofts complex from rental apartments to condos. Business First reports the process began in February 2022 with a request to make those changes to the 87-unit complex at 2915 Main Street.
Separate from his West Herr holdings, Scott Bieler has bought the former Liberty National Bank branch on East Quaker Street in the Village of Orchard Park. Business First says the purchase price was $1.55 million and Bieler has bought the building as an investment
Also from Business First, the Terra House restaurant in Akron is doubling its current space and will add alcohol to its menu.
Towne Auto Group has promoted Daniel Downing to chief operating officer. Downing previously served as the general manager of Towne BMW.
