Buffalo's AKG Art Museum will hold a free celebration at the LBJ Apartments at 167 Humboldt Parkway today from 11a.m. to 1p.m. to commemorate the completion of the AKG's Public Art Initiative's new mural. The event will feature art truck activities, pizza and a live DJ.
The Buffalo Bisons have announced this year's 'Hockey Night at the Ballpark' festivities. The theme night takes place this Saturday at Sahlen Field and will feature a pre-game first pitch from Sabres legend Danny Gare. There will also be giveaways every inning and an autograph session with former Sabres Marty Biron and Rhett Warrener.
Gas prices in Buffalo have risen 2-cents since last Monday, now totaling $3.88 per gallon. The national average for regular unleaded is $3.85, also just 2-cents higher than last week.
