Buffalo, N.Y. (WBEN) - Small Business Week begins next week in Buffalo, and the Buffalo Niagara Partnership is hosting a small business bootcamp to celebrate. Six speakers will be in attendance, covering marketing, finance, HR, accounting and legal. The event is being held at the Partnership's headquarters at 79 Perry Street in Buffalo in the Cobblestone District Monday morning from 8-11:30.
New Era Cap has named Bruce Popko president and Lorenz Gan COO. Three executives are leaving the company, including former president Jim Patterson, GM of North America Steve Gallo and VP of Global Supply Josh Creasman. No reason was given for the departure of those three executives. New Era says it brought in $2 billion in revenue over the last year.
National retailer All Star Elite is now open at the Walden Galleria in space previously occupied by GAP. All Star Elite sells streetwear like hats and t-shirts, along with novelty items and clothing inspired by pop culture.
